Pizza Maxi Thermobox – so even large pizzas can be delivered fresh

This is the third size option among the thermohauser pizza boxes, the Pizza Maxi Thermobox. Like the other boxes in this range, it is square, with external dimensions of about 59.5 by 59.5 centimetres, and is available in various usable heights. The Pizza Maxi Thermobox plugs the gap between the classic pizza boxes, which are about 41 by 41 centimetres, and the extra-large Pizza Party Thermobox, which has an external length of almost 70 centimetres.

Needless to say, the Pizza Maxi boxes are also designed to ensure customers are supplied with fresh, hot, crisp pizzas, without the base going soft or the topping becoming soggy. That is why the Pizza Maxi Thermobox also features a well-designed dimpled base and individually usable ventilation slits, which significantly improve ventilation in the box. The amount of moisture that escapes can be controlled by putting the lid on the box with the ventilation slits open or closed – a small detail, which has a crucial impact on whether the fresh pizza remains crisp or goes soggy. Pizzas stay hot and fresh during delivery thanks to the extremely effective insulation offered by this box, which is made from expanded polypropylene EPP.

There is a good reason why the Pizza Maxi Thermobox also has a second name, the Cake Maxi Thermobox. The material and product design do not just work for hot pizzas, they perform equally well for handling chilled fresh products, such as cakes, tarts or cold platters. With this insulated box, the emphasis is on freshness, keeping the temperature stable and offering safe transportation. And these principles apply both for hot food and chilled items. There will be no problem transporting a large, fresh cake to your next party, even on a hot summer day – provided you are well equipped!

EPP – maximum insulating effect with minimal weight

The Pizza Maxi Thermobox is designed for use in the food industry. The EPP material (an enhanced plastic) is extremely light while also being sturdy and durable. The material is, of course, approved for use with food products. After use, the insulation boxes can be cleaned quickly and easily, either in the dishwasher or under hot running water. These boxes are perfect for use by delivery services, in the restaurant and canteen trades, and by caterers and party services. The boxes have exceptional insulating properties and exhibit minimum temperature loss over several hours, which makes them suitable for use between temperatures of around -40°C to +120°C. Boxes of the same basic dimensions can be stacked on top of one another during transport/storage.
